you can apply for any loan offered that doesn't require USC status or given by the USA government.

Which loans don't require USC status? I have searched, but haven't seen any? I currently pay for school out of pocket and it's pretty much draining the hell out of me.

I've been paying for mine. I go to a tech school and I have to pay out of state tuition (thanks GA). They tried to sugar coat it and said "we waived the international student fee". Yea like anyone international would want to go to their shitty school.
