Unless someone has some kind of insider information, I think there is really no way to know. What is being said right now is that it might be attached to CIR to be used as a catalyst to pass CIR itself, in which case it would be voted on by September, supposedly.

I can't believe this guy. I just replied because it enraged me how ignorant some people are.
I dont know how congressmen could even listen to people as uneducated as this guy.
