So why the assurance that the house won't pass it? Or a big chance that they won't pass it?

The majority doesn't want it to pass unless they come up with a very strict bill.

I remember the good old days when immigration bills used to pass the House and died in the Senate...oh the irony. Lol

Guys, I hope you understand that passing CIR was never going to be easy. Most of us undocumented have been through tougher and impossible situations. Relax and work on your Congressman/women.
