Not many 245(i) eligible people remain these days.

Most who are eligible via that would have already adjusted.

I wish that people could have the same opportunity as me right now. Once I get my green card (probably 4-5 months from now) and then become a U.S. Citizen one day in the future. I will never stop fighting to get everyone the same opportunity as I am. I will always vote democrat! And help at rallies and so on.

Section 245(i) allows certain persons, who have an immigrant visa immediately available but entered without inspection or otherwise violated their status and thus are ineligible to apply for adjustment of status in the United States, to apply if they pay a $1,000 penalty. That's what I'm using to cure my "EWI" so I can adjust my status. My mom also used it when she was adjusting her status as well. She has her green card now. :-)

Currently waiting for biometrics letter, how long did it take you once you received your letters for AOS?

About 10 days... And the appointment was 2 weeks later.
