I would recommend requesting for a FOIA for the A-file (immigration file) of your father/mother (whoever the petition was for) and for the employer as well if possible.

My lawyer recommended for me to do this, and the process took about 6 months to receive the files in the mail. If you indeed qualify for 245i, all of the evidence should be in there.

So you are on 221g? Why would they even ask though? Did you ever get a RFIE/RFE?
