Anybody waiting on biometrics for more than two weeks?
 

Hey guys, so last update on my account was on the 28th when my 797C got mailed out, ever since then, nothing. Im worried, anybody else have been waiting on their biometrics and it seems like forever? People are getting them 5 days after their receipt notices.

Yea, i received my 797C notice on the 31st as well but even online, there are no further updates. Craaap

^ Don't worry too much about no further updates online. My last update still matches the date my I-797 was sent out; not the date biometrics letter was.

It took 10 days for me to receive my bio-metrics letter.

My I-797C was delivered on the 1st and I just got my biometrics letter today

My I-797C was delivered to my house on the 29th. and i havent gotten anything :(

I got mine the day after!!! I have no idea why. My 797s where in time. They took 4 days to come in then immediately after i got bios

Is there a number we can call in regards to to our biometric appointment? I have been waiting for the appointment since the 26 of August.

Still nothing for me I'm so worried, apart from all of this I've been havingtrouble eith USPS.

Hello, first time posting here on DreamAct.
My I-797c arrived by mail on the 3oth of August so if by this Friday my appointment letter I will be truly worried.. Furthermore I'm already worried I may have sent too little evidence and no labels or cover page like many other DREAMERs did.

Well you'd have to specify on "too little evidence", next i did not include a cover page, nor put labels on my pages. I was one that used post in notes to label stuff, and i think those get removed. If worse scenario happens youll get a Request For Evidence notice so you add more evidence to your case.

By too little evidence I mean I don't have proof that I was in US on June 15th, I didn't send any proof nor can I think of some acceptable proof to send, so I took a chance and sent it that way..

Don't worry I was in the same boat I was getting worried, they got my application ton he 23rd and I haven't heard anything since I got my notification on the 30th but I just got my Bio today so you should be getting yours either tomorrow or next week just be patient. I also sent it to the Phoenix lockbox and they sent it to California. Also happy it's for the 24th of this month.

hmmm i think that was discussed back when the requirements were published. Search june 15 proof or similar on forums and ull find some answers. I don't recal anything specific about for people that couldnt proof that. As far as myself i used my june-july bank statements and i only had a transaction on jun 11 and one on june 27th i believe, and ticket stubs dating june 7th and june 19th, so i sent that, and to proof i was here during 2012

well guys, hate to say it like this but.... there is a line. a big line of like 40,000. lol i think some of you guys are not even in that number since you send it later, you guys might be 47,9886 or something like that. so patient is golden fellow dreamers.

I got my two receipt letters on the 30th, no bios yet. Will be calling tomorrow if they don't arrive today.

There is probably a lot of people scheduled for that ASC that you will be assigned. I am in the Long Beach area. Not sure if I will get the L.A. or Bellflower one.

Well, there's two near where I live. One is 10 minutes away and the other is 25 minutes away. So I really don't know what's going on :/

I didnt send anything showing that I was here exactly on June 15th. I sent documents showing I was here on the 3rd, 11th and 18th and after. I doubt they would be that hard on us.

I went to a lawyer the 20th of last month, we filled out all the applications, I gave him all my evidences and he told me he will organize everything and send it off. I called his office on the 30th and they told me it was already sent off. I haven't heard anything since then, so I called his office again yesterday to see If I could get the tracking number for it and I was told it's office policy not to give out that information to clients. The only sense I got of what's going on with my case is the money order I bought and took to his office and it's still not cashed.
