12/14/12-Email recieved fom uscis saying my application has been transferred to Texas.

My attorney send my application on 11/30. I have not received anything yet.

I sent on 11/30/12 and just recieved the reciept .nebraska center and i will not bother to look on uscis webite for 6 months because nebraska is worst than tortoise.speed up nebraska people ,don't act like u r giving us citizenship.

info in my signature...would have sent it in during the second week of November but Bank of America decided to take their sweet time sending me my bank statements. Didn't get the damn things until Dec 3...

I've just received the I-797 C Notice of Action letters and Biometrics appointment for 01/03/2013 @ 1 pm. Can I just go tomorrow to get it out of the way or what do you guys recommend?

I got mine for 1/10/12 at 11am but I'm aiming for a walk-in on wednesday...hope I get it in because the office I have to go to is an hour away and my gf will be my ride and may be busy with her teaching stuff on that date...IDK is they'll allow me to take them but worth a try.

Just got done with Biometrics! The security lady had me wait until 9 but it was worth the wait!

Did you tell them about your error? did you fill out the bio metrics sheet correctly?

What error are you talking about? I filled the worksheet correctly with just my first last name and under other names used i put both my last names.

Mine is nebraska center also, and I was happy not the vermont center when i received the letter. But I feel sad now:cry:

You should be getting both the receipts and Biometrics appointment letter by next week. If you're lucky maybe this Saturday. Good luck and keep us updated on his case :)

Just did my bio yesterday, was in n out in about 10 mins and they were extremely nice. Anyone know when my stuff might get approval, a timeline for that matter? Thanks

Ok I wonder why mine is taking so long is this normal I mailed out my stuff on 12/11/12-Application mailed to Chicago

That's very odd, they received my application on the 13 and got all all three letters on the 17 you should try calling on Monday. Hopefully USPS didn't lose them. :(

Did you send the G-1145 Form as well to get email/txt notifications? If so you should be getting good an email/txt soon!

what could be wrong with my case?!!!!!! They accepted my case on Dec 7. and now it's Jan 3 and no word from them, my sister sent her stuff around Dec 11 and she already got her appointment for biometrics scheduled, I'm going crazy!

What do you mean? you have gotten your I-797C NOA? Biometrics letter?
