Yes, thank God for DACA. But from reading this forum, it does seem as if some of the people handling the cases are upset about it and must meet a quota letting people go unemployed and fingers crossed they have to start from scratch, again.

Reminds me of self deportation, make our lives so miserable we rather leave.

I wrote a letter to the White House today, mentioned the stories I have read and my personal experience calling USCIS and getting contradictory information every time I call inquiring about my application which hasn't moved while seems some others have been approved in days even in the case of not being able to send the application on time (Good for them, what a relief, still speaks volumes of how USCIS is handling the job).

Reading some of this posts makes me feel like some of us are still very ignorant and don't have respect for others. How about instead of being rude and selfish we stick together, I've been stressed out to the max and in a very crappy mood with an expired EAD, but still wouldn't lose respect or communicate in the way some of ya do.

i think i kinda gotta agree with the fact that we are noone to demand anything. We are here illegally, we broke a law and we gotta be thankful of anything we get. If we only get two years of work permit and they decide that they dont want to give us anymore than all we can do is thank god that for those two years we were able to work, drive and travel without problems.

Whining will do nothing in fact i think it makes us look bad.
