What else can I do? 2 and a half weeks before expiring
This is just to document for anyone who may find it close to their expiring date. Add this to the list of all the other Nebraska (lagged) renewals. Apparently, at this moment, they are only reviewing the documents sent in from October of last year. My congressman's rep. sent a note, but the update I received from the mail is similar to what I also personally received. In it states that they are reviewing October applicants only. I sent mine, unfortunately, in January. It's about 10 days off the expedited mark, so this option is out of the window. I'm running out of options. My district appeared to only have send a request with the same thing as I did, and I received two copies of the exact message stating that... I've read applicants who went way beyond four months, and they even had their BIO sent. I wonder why Nebraska is slower compared to California or other states. In anycase, is there anything I can personally do? |

Same situation, i know how you feel! Just hang in there, i talked to an L2 rep and they said that it'll probably take another month or two. It sucks, theyre currently reviewing people who submitted mid/late october (although people who have submitted much later have already been approved).

Re: What else can I do? 2 and a half weeks before expiring
They say they are reviewing October applications because that's what the processing chart says. But if you look at the top of the processing times site for Nebraska, that chart was updated March 6. By now I'm sure they are further along.
App received 12/29/14 Bio 1/28/14 Expires 4/23/15 .... slowing dying of a panic attack |

Re: What else can I do? 2 and a half weeks before expiring
Mine is in Nebraska too and it expires on the 18th. I followed the 120 days rule and I'm still waiting. I don't know why Nebraska keeps saying they're stuck reviewing renewals from October cause I have already read of many people that sent their renewals late (didn't follow the 120 days rule) and they have already received their renewals, from Nebraska. Someone that had the same expiration date that I do, sent their renewal in February instead of December and they got approved a week before it expired.
