I'm thinking tomorrow next day air mail, delivery before 12:00 P.M. Should I send it to the P.O. Box or the other address. I'm not sure if the other address will accept. Do they open Monday for MLKJr.?

I never received the I797 notice for both DACA and EAD. Do i need to send them for renew?

A copy of your current EAD should be enough.

Ah damn the passport photos. I had forgotten about those. I think I only sent them in my last renewal. Are they really necessary?

They use the picture from the fingerprint appt so idk lol better to be safe tho

For where I live, I am using UPS ground... it will get there by Wed, for $10.

Because it's a business/store delivery, my guess is that it will get delivered prior to closing time.

Use USPS Priority Mail. Delivery within 1-3 days. Flat rate envelope is like 7$. Tracking # included.

I expire in Sept 2018 and will be sending my renewal this week.

Don't forget your passport photos, guys! I know someone who's renewal was returned for lack of passport photos. I'm going to Costco Monday morning to get mine done.

Treat those optional ones as required. Doesn't hurt to provide complete documents.

I expire august 28, 2018. Best believe i'm filling out my forms even as i type. Sending it in first thing Tuesday lol.

Expire 08/29/2018 already completed the forms online, need passport photos, and money order. Will send Tuesday.

I expire end of October... but I am seriously considering sending files this week. I wonder if uscis will release more info. Side note, my parents had to send in their EAD renewals (they are waiting for AOS) and they got the receipt letter back that said if they don’t receive their EAD before the expiration, that receipt notice makes it valid for an additional 180 days until they send them the new EAD. They’ve renewed a few times and it’s the first time I’ve seen that. Basically they are incredibly backlogged. I’m thinking we might get something similar!

My brothers expires at the end of October too! We were just talking about sending in a renewal to see if they will take it.

Other than initial request I never sent in passport photos in my 2 renewals and never had any issue (other than the delays in 2016). I don't think they're required?

USCIS actually says don't send in any new documents.

In case you're sitting on a fence, my lawyer told me I should plan to file by next week given the volatile situation.

I think the authorization for work app lists passport photos as required. I'd rather be safe than sorry. Imagine if yours gets mailed back and something happens via the Trump Admin to halt acceptance of renewals?

Would not be better to wait until the 19th to see if they can pass something permanent? I mean if you guys send all those documenta and they pass something permanent, that would be pointless. I expire in september and ill wait till next week to make the next move.

The thing is the appeal can come anytime and halt renewals. If you get your renewal in before that though, theyll have to process it. There is no harm done to send it...

Anything can halt uscis at this point but they won't simply return cases back.

I just dropped off my package at UPS. I'll update once USCIS receives it... My EAD expires Early August of 2018.

Mine expires on 09/15. I'm definitely sending mine in early.
