Citizenship can be revoked as well. I don't really care about voting. Also you will have to pay out of country income. Get GC, set up passive income and live in a cheap country like a king for 6 month out of the year.

Back to the Topic.. If Hanen strikes down daca Biden can just implement it again.. this time the correct way, Hanen actually outlined how to bolster daca.

In the past, Hanen has hesitated to strike down daca twice... I am not sure he has the stomach to destroy the lives of people just trying to live their life, I say odds are 60/40 in our favor.

TLDR

It would take sometime to prepare another executive order which could potentially be challenged in courts again and i wonder if he were to actually kill daca, would he let EADs expire or kill them on the spot.

Expire, since forcing so many people out of the workforce would detrimental to the economy.

There are plans already being drawn up in the event he does. That is how these things work.

This is a smart move. Even if Hanen makes a ruling against DACA, he will likely give some time before the ruling would come into effect, and by that time a fortified DACA/regulation would be in place.
