Former President Donald Trump proposed “automatically” giving green cards to foreign nationals who graduate from a US college – comments that break from his efforts to curb both legal and illegal immigration while in office and stand in stark contrast to his inflammatory anti-immigrant rhetoric on the campaign trail.

“What I want to do, and what I will do, is you graduate from a college, I think you should get automatically, as part of your diploma, a green card to be able to stay in this country,” the presumptive GOP nominee said on “The All-In Podcast,” which aired Thursday.

He continued, “And that includes junior colleges too. Anybody graduates from a college — you go in there for two years or four years. If you graduate, or you get a doctorate degree from a college, you should be able to stay in this country.”

His campaign walked back his comments just hours after making them. I just don’t understand how people think that anything out his mouth is serious. He’s a habitual, self serving liar and will only say things to stay relevant.

Yeah,I agree; they did not retract the statement but added conditions. I think this might be part of a larger immigration bill that all the presidents push in their first months in office. We are going to see immigration cuts, stricter enforcement, border wall funding, and a whole bunch of other stuff.
Who really knows what they have planned.

But point taken, technically the campaign did not retract the green cards for graduates, and you are right who knows what they actually have planned. But, and a big but for me, Project 2025 and all the statements regarding mass deportations and such gives me a pretty good idea of what they’re planning. IMO.

Becuase they have not been born yet. Being born is the defining factor for me. Are they still alive in the womb? Yes. Is it okay to abort if it's in the best interests of the mom anytime before the birth? Yes. That how I draw the line.


I hope you are just as concerned about the all the children in the foster system and all those that go to bed hungry and those have no access to healthcare and all the children that get killed in school shootings... just as much as you are concerned over those that get aborted.
