"Fabian Schmidt, a 34-year-old electrical engineer with a green card who lives in New Hampshire, was detained on March 7 when he flew into Logan airport in Boston after a trip to Europe. His mother alleges that he was “violently interrogated” for hours at the airport, pressured to give up his green card, and briefly hospitalized after collapsing. Schmidt was eventually transferred by ICE to the Wyatt Detention Center in Central Falls, Rhode Island, where he is still being held."

Schmidt’s mother described his ordeal as harrowing. He was reportedly stripped naked, violently questioned, and denied medication for anxiety and depression.

"He had to go and be stripped naked and was showered by two officers with ice-cold water, and was interrogated again," his mother, Astrid Senior, told GBH.

"He hardly got anything to drink. And then he wasn't feeling very well, and he collapsed," she added.

Completely missing the fact that due process is something that should happen for everyone or it can be a very steep slippery slope but that slipped past them. Due process for attempted coup Jan 7th revolutionaries, but random potentially TdA potentially not TdA Venezuelans just get them out.

Now you can't even do criticism or they'll just revoke your visa. When did this place become north Korea? It's insane how the country is just slowly sleepwalking into a full blown dictatorship. Impotent congress, controlled and captured supreme court, with only lower court judges being the last safety rail. But they're working on that by threatening judges with impeachment. Even going as far as investigating their family members.

According to Wikipedia, TdA doesn't use tattoos as identifiers. According to the Texas office of the governor. Among the identifying tattoos are stars, crowns and roses.

Tough times for those who got stars and rose tattoos in more innocent times I guess.
