Another one. I don’t trust the incompetence and evil that is the MAGA Trump administration. Be careful, I don’t even want to fly domestically honestly. I am already deathly scared of airplanes and flying so it works out for me.

cry more NPC, that punk had commited some sort of serious crime to be having a removal order.

pinche gente pndeja nomas nos pintan mal por sus estupideses.

let me guess you also think United We Dream is out to help DACA recipients.

ahh how much i loathe NPCs honestly, buying into the fearmongering and all repeating the same NPC scripted wording every single time. truly disgusting.

He is suing the Trump administration. Don’t think he has any criminal record. You’re delusional, not everyone apprehended or deported is a criminal. Trump isn’t going maricon for you bro, ok. Stop the brown nosing.

who cares what you think, fact is he had to have committed a serious crime to be ordered removed.

of course i had to receive an NPC response from an NPC.

I wonder if this was a mistake in regards to his lawyer. According to the article he had an order of removal. Either way, this is very unfortunate.

Silver lining is now he doesn't have to worry about the madness spreading across this place anymore. Also, the stock market is down and I am down $7,700

A lot of people who just happened to have tried to fix their situation, fight their cases, or were in the wrong place at the wrong time have final orders. Prior to 2013-2014 anyone encountered would be just put through the system regardless of safety risk or circumstances. It's the reason many Dreamers and TPS have thousands of them. It's why there is a carve out for DACA that having a final order does not exclude you unless is for criminal reasons.

They need to fix the system in a tiered manner starting with people who have lived here for decades which already includes anyone who arrived as a child and workers and families.

Then the total racket and scam that is the H1B program.

Then the people who just got here in the last four years who ironically are automatically entitled to all kinds of government financial assistance.

H1B should be cancelled as a pathway. Its been abused and I've seen it first hand much to my own amusement. I think once youve lived here in lawful status for 10 years it should enable you to apply for permanent residency. This whole wait 25+ years is absolute insanity. Only a derranged mind would say yes thats acceptable.

In my opinion, for family petitions they should be auctioned off that way the most productive/efficient can be prioritized over someone's aunt that just comes for bennies and will never learn English. In addition, C1/C2 CEFR Language proficiency in English as well because you otherwise can't make good use of your residency.

The money can be used for border security, system modernization, paperwork reduction, etc all things to help streamline the process. Not only that but also jobs and training programs for citizens as well.

But ultimately, for DACA I think Trump will have us in a very good position. And I think its such a shame that Democrats just couldn't bring the win home. Oh well. Supporting incumbents over new people with fresh ideas has bit them hard. Systems need new people to avoid stagnation.

So this dude's case was reopened in absentia and ruled by a judge in absentia.

Holy shit.

I think we all need to FOIA all of your immigration files ASAP.

That should put less fear for those with DACA that want to do an AP, the administration corrected the error and honored the AP!
