Supreme Court stokes DACA fight for 2020

But he said that the legality of DACA itself will likely have to be resolved sooner rather than later, particularly if a Democratic president wants to bring back the program.

So basically scotus will side that trump illegally winded down the program incorrectly then Hanen will sue and we will be back to square one
