I always like to adopt the policy of "Hope for the best; prepare for the worst". Just in case Dream Act (or anything really) doesn't pass what back up if any do you have?
I've got an approved I-130, reopened removal proceedings, and I'm ready to file for I-601A waiver as soon as my proceedings are closed or terminated. |
