It's already discussed in the denial thread baby son.
They were denied because they possibly have a current visa and possibly go back and forth to their home country quite too often.

His daughter wasnt able to prove june 15 presence
Still waiting on sons denial letter. Might be the same reason. I feel so sad for them :(

Good Spanish. Yeah sad for them but HELLO!!! They got RFE! They should of known better that was their make or break chance! Their moronic lawyer should of done a better job!
I need to get RFE or approved pronto!

I think when we discussed it we couldn't figure out if the visa's were valid but it sounds like they are from his last response.

thats what I got from his response too. .
also he said they came in on a visa but the lawyer
put EWI for some reason
