Renew DACA Now?
 

With the Supreme Court taking the DACA case soon, I've gotten a bit spooked and wanted to know if it's a good idea to renew my DACA now. Mine expires in July 2020.

Is it too early for me to send it in? Is it worth losing those 9 months on the next go-around?

The SC is barely going to begin listening to arguments in November. I would wait until at least December.

They will deliver on July or June 2020 don't start going crazy just yet.

I am only going to renew in due time, this November. Renewing in panic has cost me too much time.

It's up to you, since usually even if you renew early application won't be approved until 150 days before expiration, the most you'll lose is 5 months. You are likely safe to wait until you are closer, but no harm to send in early.
