I am currently 32 years old I will be 33 in October of this year I came to America at the age of 13. I am in need of your help I have 4 kids ages 15, 12, 8 and 1. What are my options I was 31 years old when the Dream act took effect. HELLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPP.

You mean DACA and not Dream Act? You need to gather all documentation from when you came up to now.

Yes I mean DACA, I have been doing so since last year I got my middle school transcript, my High school Certificate. My College transcript ..but what do I do now?

Yes please. I don't know where to start. Can I apply?? I was on the website and it said I would need to be under 30 years of age on June 2012. I was 31 years of age on June 2012.

It says under 31. I believe you aged out.

yeah sorry, you do not qualify because you have to be 30 yrs old or younger on June 15 2012 to qualify.
