So... Who's sending in renewals (for those expiring after 3/5/18)

"Will adjudicate—on an individual, case-by-case basis—properly filed pending DACA renewal requests and associated applications for Employment Authorization Documents from current beneficiaries that have been accepted as of the date of this memorandum, and from current beneficiaries whose benefits will expire between the date of this memorandum and March 5, 2018 that have been accepted as of October 5, 2017."

So... Who is sending in renewals (for those expiring after 3/18 )? :|

Do we take the chance?

There's no such thing as refund from USCIS.

It will be silly NOT TO DO IT especially if it is just a couple of months apart $500 is nothing compared to a small chance. God bless!

Itll be useless. Theyll simply look at your expiration date and reject your shit and mail it back, but DO IT for the sake of knowing for sure.

Will adjudicate—on an individual, case by case basis—properly filed pending DACA renewal requests and associated applications for Employment Authorization Documents from current beneficiaries that have been accepted by the Department as of the date of this memorandum, and from current beneficiaries whose benefits will expire between the date of this memorandum and March 5, 2018 that have been accepted by the Department as of October 5, 2017.

Will reject all DACA renewal requests and associated applications for Employment Authorization Documents filed outside of the parameters specified above.
