IM SAD!! My sister and her husband got DACA DENIED!!
 

My sister and her husband got a notification yesterday and they have been denied :( ..... We are awaiting on the letter to see what happened!!!

Im so devastated and sad/disappointed.....

But my guess is to a typo error! !!!

And lawyer taking too much time as they did with me to send docus after rfe:-/

For a couple to get denied something has to be up. I doubt is an error must be a reason for the denial.

We dont know what went wrong.....

My sister filed as single, as she wasnt married yet!
She sent all her info.....

As for my bil, he has struggles to cover all years but sent affidavits.....

No criminal records for them!!

My sister even volunteers for several govt. Offices :-/

My guess is that we all had problems with the lawyer we used.... And also she had a typo error with double last names :-/ and they also had a geo error as lawyer put she was in mexico when she submited her app but we thought that was fixed as we called uscis ....so waiting on letter!!

This is what she got for notification :

On March 12, 2013, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 15 days of March 12, 2013, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

Sorry to hear about your sister.. Why would the lawyer put that she was in Mexico when she applied?!?! Did they use the same lawyer?
