Biometrics App Rude Ppl
 

So my app is next week so I drove over an hour to get it done and do a walk-in like I always do since that office is empty all the time . I walked in n that rude ass security officer tells me they don’t do that anymore . I’ve been doing it 3 times . Now they do have signs to have a seat and wait for you app time. I think the most aggravating thing is the fact that that officer is so rude all the time . Ugh

Get used to it. Being nice and personable is not a trait they hire their security and admin staff on. It's par for the course for a lot of customer service-like positions in the government. I mean... haven't you ever been to a SS or DMV office?

It's not right, but a lot act that way. I've seen a particular guard at my office treat non-English speakers or people with trouble understanding applications like trash.

If you feel strongly about it, write it in a comment in the "How did we do?" card they hand you at the end of the biometrics appointment and make your voice heard. Not that it will change anything.

Yeah I know it sucks, most of them are miserable And I doubt writing a comment would make a difference.
