A better chat application.

We need a batter chat application. I can build one that allows you to randomly video chat with others but it would have to be a link, it or be installed on this forum.

Why do you need to video chat?__?
I mean do people still go on chat these days?
I'd rather to go to tinychat instead of wasting our server resources on something that may get trolled every once in a while.
