Hopefully they can get an en banc hearing. The panel was 1 GW Bush appointee, 1 Trump appointee, and 1 Obama appointee.

The 2-1 decision was completely on party line.

Wonder how this sets the stage for DACA.

One of the arguments was that DACA has been in place for 8+ years and taking it away would have an adverse impact on the beneficiaries but it seems like they are doing the same for people who have been in proactive status for double the time!

At least we've been the center of attention immigration wise, this wouldn't go under the radar with us. I feel bad for these TPS folks.
