No receipts in the mail?( 105 days)
 

Hey you guys.so im renewing for the 2nd time.they received my packet on december 1st and they gave me 2 case status numbers .one for I821d and the other for i797 via text message.it said i should receive a notice in the mail within a few days but i never received those 2 letters . What do i do? I got a IOE number on my case numbers aswell. Should i be worried or is this normal? My case expires next week and i already gave my.notice at work.

You should call USCIS and make the requests directly to them. At the very least, you should have received a biometrics notice by now.

You should call 1 (800) 375-5283 and make the request to them, if it is not resolved by a representative, request to speak with an immigration officer who is Lvl2

Also try to get the access code over the phone for that new elis system. It might have your biometrics letter in your account.

so i called them this morning and i was going to get a service request but the lady told me her computer logged her out so she sent me to a level 2 person.the operator told me they were busy and said they would call me in about 500 minutes.basically 7 hours after, i got a call.they told me they cannot do a service request.that they are delayedthat there was some extension for certain applications and that daca wasnt one of them. she sad something about 180 days.she told me to call back if i havent heard anything after 8 weeks. she said there is nthing i can do but wait. what now?

i sent mines to Phoenix AZ and got a IOE number which means it is being processed at a" intergrated operating environment" is that the elis system you are talking about that i should try to get a access code for?

its been over 105 days now...not even the receipts in the mail have came..just my receipt number via text message. this sucks i already had to leave my job and im running out of money

The access code is for the new uscis system. The website is my https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov I got a letter with an access code that you insert and you can view your case and biometrics !!! So make an account you don't want to miss appointment. And you can view your letters too. Which maybe why you didn't get a physical letter not sure

I already made an account.now i have to wait till tommorow to call them .im going to ask them if there is a access code i can get to check my case using the elis system
