last name includes maiden name
Ever since I got approved for DACA many years ago USCIS included my maiden name as part of my last name on the EAD. I will be getting married later this year (and having a kid) so i would like to get this fixed so my wife and kid dont end up with a huge last name. Could I just add my last name as its supposed to be on my renewal form and include my maiden name on the section that says "previous names used"?

Re: last name includes maiden name
I might be wrong, but I think you can only change your name when you become a US citizen or through court
