Hi Guys,

I am debating whether I should or I should not? Has anyone talked to a lawyer about this?

I used one since I started working but I don't want to be accused of fraud if I give it in? I'm thinking maybe they won't make a deal out of it if I don't mention it.

HELP, what you guys think?

I don't think you should put it. They might get you for fraud. On the other hand, they don't want you hiding anything. Just leave it blank and if they ask you can just tell them you made it up instead of stealing someones identity.

I dont think it matters but reading more and even not stating all the facts can screw you big time

I'm stuck in the same question.... I have been using this fake ss since 2005 to present, all my supporting information like W-2, work history, current income is with this fake number..... I dont know what to do.... please help.... lawyers in GA are charging 2K+
