Does anyone know any banks that approves DACA mortgages in NYC? or had any personal experience you can share/contacts etc?

Most small banks and credit unions approve DACA people as long as you have that 20 percent downpayment.

You shouldn’t have a problem if you have very good credit. Go with a conventional loan. Thing with credit unions is the highest term they might have is only 20 years. I got my loan closed through William Raveis and it was later transferred to Wells Fargo.
