So I work in an office and they dont know about my status. Recently they offered 401k benefits and i am required to fill out an application even if i choose not to participate. I just submitted my app to my boss.

I dont know whether they are going to check my SS. Its a good job too... crap. THe company is going to contribute money on my behalf thats why i have to submit it.

Good luck man! Everything will be alright! I don't think they're goin to check your ssn since you opted not take the 401k anyways, let us know how it goes!

Let's hope for the best!! Hopefully the opt-out box was near the top so they pretty much disregard the application altogether...
