Any details on renewals sent in before 150 days

My current permit expires March of 2019. I have been hearing that they are accepting this timeframe eventhough its a year early. Well beyond the 150 day mark. Did you submit yours and yours expires in 2019? What has happened? Have they accepted it? What? I wanna submit mine now. Have you ever submitted yours early and it was rejected for being too early and you just sent it back in the proper timeframe?

My friends EAD expires in March 2019 as well. Two weeks ago she sent the renewal paperwork and the fee. One week ago she got her welcome to USCIS paper work. Then a few days ago she got her bio appointment.

Other users on this forum have had success too. So send yours in. Worst case they send you your money back.

I just did a walk in for my bio today. My bio appointment wasn’t until the 22nd but I got off work early and was like fuck it I’ll go see if they can take my bios. I went in at 2p.m. Got them done in less then 5 mins. Then just about an hour ago I checked on the USCIS app and it said that I was approved already and that my card was being produced. My currently expire in August this year. God is good.

I expire Feb 2019, I submitted my application back in January and did my biometrics in February. So far haven't heard anything yet but I'm ok with that as it would be pushing my expiration date to later in 2020. You can see my time line in my signature.

Hey Angel. Any update on you applying for your renewal? My permit expires March 2019 as well and I was curious.

I send mine on January of 2018, I expire on Feb-2019. Was accepted and took my bios, just waiting for approval now. Definitely send it, don’t wait! Best of luck!

It looks like they are taking early applications but only approving them once they hit the 150 days mark until expiration. I expire in October 2018 and already did my bio.. So I expect it will be granted in May .. I also plan on applying again before the courts rule to gain a few months... Let me know how your renewals go.

How do you know that they only approve when you hit the 150 days mark?

Has no one with 2019 expiration gotten approved yet?
