Refund in case DACA ends???
 

I am super nervous and just to think about the fact the Trump could end Daca as soon as tomorrow makes me sivk to my stomach..... my life will literally end i just can....

I dont want to be a pessimist but GOD FORBID in case Trump ends daca does anybody know what would happen to the apps already submitted?? I am just waiting to get approved. I did my biometrics already but if they decide to end it would we all get a refund for the unprocess apps?? I know it could be a stupid question but if i loose DACA i wanna make sure i have enough money to survive this lol......

Yeah right. USCIS doesn't do refunds because they are funded by our money for the immigration applications and since you already did biometrics, you cannot get a refund. I am in the same boat as you are. Did my bios August 1. Still not approved. Hopefully, even if he does cancel there is a grandfather option or a certain date where the renewals stop.

99.99% chance no refunds, for the same reasons stated by Nycgal111. We payed for their services, which they provided (looking over our app and the biometrics).

I have biometrics tomorrow Sept 1 when they are expected to tell us what will happen. I'm so nervous I can't even do homework or focus in my job. Maybe they are able to push it out enough for some of us here to get 2 more years.

If they reject your application then yeah youll get your money back along with everyhting else

they don't do refunds, just like I'm not going to get my $575 refund for AP that I will probably never get to use if DACA is cancelled

i feel you. i went to do my biometrics 2 days ago. thankfully i got approved yesterday and the card is in production. so if trump ends daca but let the card expires, at least it gives me time to try and marry my USC gf within the next 2 years.
