Dreamers and Law School!!!

I remember reading a thread from one of our members that had been accepted into law school. The LSAT is the standard threshold test for acceptance into law school, how do we go through the law school acceptance process with out legal status?? Any information will be useful, thanks!!!

Ask around at the school of your choice -- most don't really care. I don't see why admission to a law school is any different from admission to a grad. program, besides a different set of standardized tests (and more costs...)

You're only precluded from admission if the school you apply to does not allow undocumented students. Otherwise, go ahead and apply. The tough part is paying (and of course, the eventual coursework).

I'm a 1L. If you have any questions, you can PM me.

oh i encourage you to apply fin aid is hard tho....but

the lsat will be the first obstacle because you need ID...a passport will do...make sure the passport matches your name EXACTLY as it is on your registration to your lsat test...if you have two last names then include two last names.

Thanks for the info, will a drivers license work? Is the Lsat test taken online or is it a written test?
