Hey guys I just want to know what you guys think of my RFE, I just got my letter and this is what they're asking me for.

"The evidence you submitted with your Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, to establish that you have continuously resided in the United States during the 5-year period immediately before June 15, 2012, and up to the time of filing is insufficient. You submitted evidence for the following years; 2008-2012, and for the months of February and March, 2007. However, you did not submit any evidence indicating that you resided in the United States since June 15, 2007."

So am I on the right track? They just want evidence starting from June 15, 2007 to December of 2007? or since April of 2007 to December of 2007? I'm kind of confused, any advice from those of you who have been in similar situations already and got approved? I just want to do this thing right and get it over with, any help is appreciated, thanks guys :)

Yeah just send if you can 1 piece of evidence for every month of june-dec 07. I got the same rfe as you except mine was for june-dec of 2010

Hey my rfe its the same as yours. Just need more prove from 2007.

Im thinking to send a notarized rent letter stating that I live there in the year 2007. Also i have some pay stubs but they are from april 2007. What abt you?

thanks for replying guys, now i want you guys to tell me something, is my lawyer a stupid or what? He said he called USCIS and look what he wrote me when suggesting what to do about my RFE:

"The agent said that he could not comment on or interpret the actual letter. I do not believe that the letter is clear. I does state that we submitted evidence for 2008 through 2012, and for February and March 2007. The letter continues that we did not “submit any evidence indicating that you resided in the United States since June 15, 2007.” While the letter seems to imply that the missing evidence is limited to the period of June 2007 through the end of December 2007, because the letter did not expressly state the required evidence is limited to the period of June 2007 through the end of December 2007, I do not know for certain that we need to supplement the evidence only for the year 2007. I would rather not take a risk, and therefore recommend that we supplement the evidence for the entire period through the date that we submit the supplemental evidence."

What do you guys think?

I'm thinking of sending banks statements a letter from my boss and other banks statements from my old bank I had during that time...did u send your things yet?
