Please help a dreamer out!

I have a question and please excuse my ignorance with immigration laws, I am married to a Us citizen(my high school sweetheart) for 6 years I have Daca and I am an EWI, is there any path I can take to become legalized without having to leave he country? Please if anyone can answer my question and point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it

No. You have to leave the country.

File I-130 then
I-601a. After they are approved, go to pick up your visa in your country. For me, Juárez!

My sister is going through this now.

My gfs sister married a wetback Mexican like me and he got his GC with no issues, even though he had some minor legal problems.

It depends man. Expect anywhere up to a year. If you have a clean record, you can expect it to be quicker. Maybe some other DREAMers with experience can chime in.

Does having DACA make the process smoother, since you already have a record with DHS + a SSN?

I'd like to know as well, in case I get married in the upcoming months.

It took my friend close to 2.5 years. His I-601A took 1.5 year. Got his GC 3 months ago.

I have a clean record, I doubt that having Daca helps smooth out the process

The time usually range from 1.5 to 2 years. I hope mine take less than that since my EAD expires in like 1 year.
