DACA and nclex banned

Any Daca nursing students aware of this, is it new rule now? according to the article only four states allow DACA students to sit for nclex, which are N.Y., California, Oklahoma and Washington. Please share anything you know about this. Thanks in advance.

I hope so lol I wonder about Dreamers who already have nurisng licenses. Btw anyone tried to get a nursing license from a different state?? I'm still undecided. But I'm thinking of moving so idk

There is no way to check for status at least in my state. All they required was a social security number and proof of graduation from an accredited nursing school to be licensed.

Same. Mine is in PA and thinking of going to MD. But still undecided. I wonder if you endorse if that expiration date will reflect the EAD date

I took nclex back in June of this year in Michigan. They just ask for social security number and Driver's License.

Probably. I have never had a problem in Michigan with DACA.
