I-601A denied - what happens? Has anyone been denied?

Has anyone here or know someone who filed for I-601A and got it denied? Can one appeal it ? What happens after denial?

Depends on the reason it was denied. One can apply for 601A again if you can address the reason it was denied.

you are right, that is what I reading online as well. One can submit a new application if more evidence is available or new situations supporting the hardship arise.

Just curious...if you’re open to share why they rejected yours and not send you a RFE instead?
