Quarter life crisis
 

Anyone else going through quarter life crisis?

I did an interview yesterday and I was asked if I'm learning any new technologies on my free time.

I said no.

I have a lot of hobbies outside work and none of them relate to my job. And that's how I like it.

I'm going through a phase where I can't stand being in front of a computer anymore, let alone outside working hours.

I just want to lift weights, go to Hawaii, smoke cigars, play guitar, and fuck bitches.

Anyone hate the corporate life?

Same here, man. I hit that wall about a year ago, where I started finding other things more important - friends, travel, learning new skills, etc. It's hard to split your time between everything - at the end of the day it really comes down to prioritizing. What's being awesome at your job if you don't get to enjoy it?

I enjoy my job. I would work for free.
