How long would I have to wait to do my behind the wheel test, after I received my permit from the written test.?

By the way, I live in Illinois. In case the makes a difference.

You have to go to the DMV and make an appointment and and I think you can go ahead and do it when you think you are ready

I guess the six month rule only applies to anyone under 18 right.? Because I'm 20 years old right now.

Ok, haha that's great to know. Then I tried to make an appointment on the phone and they said I could just walk in. So I'm hoping I could get this squared away in one go.
