How long with the application process take?
I read somewhere that applications will be review within the 4 USCIS service centers. At first, it was said that 800,000 people are applying, now the number is up to 1.8 million. I read somewhere that it will take between 60 - 90 days? What do you guys think?

Re: How long with the application process take?
I've been hearing a lot of speculations that the process may take up until January or February of 2013...but don't quote me on it.
What I think though, is that each and every case will have a different process time because of the evidence submitted at the time of application. If one meets all the guidelines and is 100% eligible, then we can assume that the process may take 60-90 days. So I think it really depends on each individual's case. |

Lower your expectations. Push it to March at the latest so if it comes a couple months early it's a good feeling.

Re: How long with the application process take?
6-7 months so not 60-90 days as mentioned above, because if thats the case then thats super quick!

Re: How long with the application process take?
I think by the time it is time for approval of applications and work permits, the CIR/DA would pass.
