What is the average price of houses in your City?
 

I'm from New York, specifically Brooklyn. Houses are very expensive here. For a 1000 sq duplex house(attached to another house) you will have to pay between 800k to 1 million.

1 bedroom apartment cost approximately 300-350k. 2 bedroom 500-600k.

My hope is that the coronavirus will decrease demand for New York and lower housing prices. I miss the city and can’t wait to go back.

It seems like prices only went up during COVID

$300ish in the suburbs and $600ish in the city in a non-stabby part of town or a complete fixer upper.

Median pricing in the surrounding counties about $290-300K. Living in the city, I’d say between $500-$1M or more.
