FBI background check as non-citizen
Hi,
I am DACA age individual that didn't qualify for DACA because I exited the country in 2011. I have a Master's in Business. I have applied to CANADA for express entry. Recently, I have been invited to apply for permanent residence to Canada. They ask for an FBI background check. I don't have a SSN. Question: Has anyone done an FBI background check without putting the SSN and checking "no" for US citizen/legal resident? Was is done without any problems? I am very scared to submit my biometric info to get FBI "police report." Don't really want to flag my self and get kicked out of the US. I need this last piece of paper so I can get out of the US. Feedback on this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thank You for reading this post. Hope you can help. |

Re: FBI background check as non-citizen
I don't have any experience with that, but if you have nothing to hide, I don't see why not. You still have to pay like $20 or something of the like for the report.
Also interested on the Express thing for Canada. |
