FBI background check as non-citizen
 

Hi,
I am DACA age individual that didn't qualify for DACA because I exited the country in 2011. I have a Master's in Business. I have applied to CANADA for express entry. Recently, I have been invited to apply for permanent residence to Canada. They ask for an FBI background check.

I don't have a SSN. Question: Has anyone done an FBI background check without putting the SSN and checking "no" for US citizen/legal resident? Was is done without any problems?


I am very scared to submit my biometric info to get FBI "police report." Don't really want to flag my self and get kicked out of the US.
I need this last piece of paper so I can get out of the US. Feedback on this issue will be greatly appreciated.

can you tell me how canadian express entry worked for you?

I don't have any experience with that, but if you have nothing to hide, I don't see why not. You still have to pay like $20 or something of the like for the report.

Also interested on the Express thing for Canada.

So did you apply for express entry into Canada from the US? Could you provide more details? And sorry I do not know much about FBI background checks
