Is It Possible to get car insurance without a Driver's License in Texas?
 
Does the car have to be under my name? Can i just show Matricula I.D? Anybody done it???

yeah it is...but it will cost more

Yes, I got one showing my matricula. Some companies issue out insurances with a matricula, others don't. Mine comes out to around $90 / month

What?! Who will insure you without a license???? If the car is registered under a licensed person's name and he insure it - it's fine, but I wouldn't do it another way.
