Hey guy I just hade a Question I haven't got my My work permit yet! and I don't want to loss
my job of 3 years / driving lice/motorcycle lice/ can anyone help me or tell me what to do please this is my time line!


(received date to renew)--June 24,2016

(receipt notice date) --June 29,2016

(Biometrics app- July,26,2016 but I went on-- July ,18,2016

(approval -?

(work card)?


My Card Expires on 9/15/2016 (Nebraska service center)

Have you contacted USCIS, Congress or Senator, Ombudsman, NILC or IRLC?

I advise you reach out to NILC and IRLC, if you have not already done so. And even if you have do it again. IRLC recently stated they are only "elevating" cases that are within 2 weeks of expiration.

Keep us posted in the Renewals Sticky at the top of the board.

Same here. Receipt on June 24. Had bio done July 20, just waiting now.

Next time try applying between 150-120 days before expiration. I understand your frustration. Fortunately, you are not in the block of applications that are suffering a great delay because of IT issues. Try contacting ILRC and having your case elevated since you will exprie this week. That seemed to help my case. Wishing you all the best!

Did you tell your employer about your upcoming expired Eads?

I'm in the same situation it's been 98 days and no biometric and mine expired on Sept 25th....
