Case status not updating

My husband did his biometrics on 4/3 and the case status still says "application recieved on 3/15". He expires in september

Anyone else having this issue??

USCIS is a blackhole, my case status was "application received" all the way through, even after I got approved.

Don't worry too much.

you can call the help center and ask for updates.

I agree, call the USCIS number and ask for an update about your case... Have your case number ready
