I-765 & I-75WS Renewal Help

Hello, I am renewing deferred action.

Form I-765

question 15, I wrote:
FORM I-821D, DEFERRED ACTION
is that OK?

question 16, i put
(c) (14)
is this correct?

and on Form I-765WS

Part 2,
I work with my parents who own a small business and I am registered as minority co owner, I declare about $8,000 annual income, and make extra money on eBay and amazon. I do not use my work permit, for now.
My initial application had $0 as income and expenses, should I use $8,000 as income on my renewal?
As for expenses I use about $3,000 on the local community college, and $3000 rent, $3000 food and others.
Does it matter if the expenses are greater or lesser than the income?

Part 3,
Do I just write an explanation detailing the need of a work permit for college expenses, housing and bills?

Thank you.

Question 6 is (c) (33) . For income I would go by what's on your w-2.

Your expenses should not exceed your annual income. Your expenses should then be the amount you make for the year.

Please do not put on the explanation part of the worksheet that you do not plan to use your work permit. I suggest you write that you are actively looking for a job to finance your college education and saving up for future bills/health expenses that might arise.

Good luck.

Re: I-765 & I-75WS Renewal Help

I still not sure what to put on I-765WS.

My parents pay me in cash for the work done at the shop and I make extra money selling on eBay and amazon. My W2 shows information for a month's work, nothing more.
Can I just put an estimate?
How strict are USCIS about income, expenses and assets?
