DACA is apparently off the table since neither the President nor the Speaker or Senate Leadership is eager to involve it in the negotiations.

If it's any consolation, DACA was never truly up for negotiation. Drumpf clearly lied and kept up this charade for this long because he wanted to appear compassionate while also appeasing his navitist base. An impossible endeavor.

Best case scenario, he gets nothing and we survive his first term. Dems take back WH, SCOTUS upholds DACA and we get DACA until the next "populist" far-right demagogue threatens it again.
