I am wondering who can we call if we are detained by ICE with valid EAD/DACA.

In all seriousness, a trusted person that knows your situation. They will in turn call a reputable lawyer you have previously researched. Keep all your paperwork ready for the worst case scenario, and most importantly do not sign anything.

what i would recommend keep an email as a draft for your lawyer and trustworthy person. if just incase anything happens just click send and do not sign anything. and yes keep all documents in one folder ready for your lawyer.

In addition, if you cannot afford a lawyer it might be best to get in touch with some of the non-profits who are well-known to give legal representation in your phone's speed dial like the ACLU, Catholic Charities etc.

Given the current situation, I think any DACA applicant should at least be in contact with and/or hire an attorney who is well-versed with his/her case. As a measure of precaution, do not sign any documents or give any statement.

Also don't open the door. If they have a lawful warrant they'll come in with the door.

I heard ICE is responding "police" when they knock and you ask who's at the door. So beware.

Ice usually comes for people with criminal records if you don't have one then you are fine so relax
