Proof of being here since 2007
 

I have some stuff to proof I was here since june 15 of 2007, but can I use my paystubs as proof? These pay stubs are under a fake name and fake ss#. (Actually i'm using my middle name and second last name for work.)

So, how would they know it's you if the stubs are under a fake name and a fake ss number? I wouldn't advise submitting anything could give them grounds to flag your application as fraudulent.

I'm really limited on what I have to show proof, I'll be relying heavily on affidavits unfortunately. My best friend works with me. I'll be having her stating that she knows me from work but from when I was working under my real name, and that she knows me outside of work. I have medical bills and some other stuff, but I have less proof of presence for the past two to three years. :/ Oh well, they have to take me. I've been here since I was eight months old in 1989.

I don't think that's a very good idea.

If you really can't come up with anything, try to consult a lawyer if you can afford one and find out other ways with which you can prove your presence.

If you can't get a lawyer, try to get ANYTHING that may work in your favor, just make sure nothing is "fake" like lilbawler mentioned...cause that will only hurt your case and make your application look fraudulent.

I just read that having enough affidavits proving proof of presence would really make a case stronger, I could do that. If you have any other ideas please share.

No, my job gives a debt card, so a bank account has been unnecessary. Plus i'm a EWI, I hope they put that in account, and notice how hard it is to go out and come back. Also I would be a coward risking myself.

school records? financial record? when was the last time you were in school?

Anything that involves you using fake identification should NOT be submitted. Why knowingly put yourself in a position to be rejected on basis of fraud?

You said you have medical records, right? That should be your main proof. Contact a lawyer or immigration advocacy group immediately.
