I just sent my application aug2013 was wondering if there was any people that sent it in august too?

Not me, but as of september, most of the may-june applicants are getting approval, which means octuber would be for late june-early july,november late july-early august, etc etc.

Give us more info about you, how old are you? single or married? over stayed with visa or entry without inspection?

I'm mid July... I'm 23 married to a USC with a child.. Don't think they take that into account though

Reason why you didn't apply for residency through your husband?

I was waved through but no way to prove it, so technically I did enter without inspection. We're waiting for him to request me because we don't meet the income requirement, so I thought if we have two incomes it would be easier, and I'm also scared I would have to leave the country.

I sent mine on August 19, and I did my biometrics today. I hope to get approved by October. I'm in college right now, a couple friends of mine got approved within 2 months. They sent pretty much the same evidence I sent, we have no criminal records, and we haven't used any other names before.

If everything goes according to how theyre proccessing righ now, im guessing you`ll get approval by early november. Very rare if u get approve late octuber.

I know about 11 cases here in Aurora IL that where approved in less that 2 months. Im hoping mine is similar to those cases But I will be happy if I get approved before Xmas.
