I'd say Canada might still be better of than Europe...but I could be wrong. I'm also thinking of using of Italian citizenship to move to Europe, but if you want an English-speaking country then the United Kingdom should do. Just be prepared for cramped and overpriced housing. Rarely will you see a house by itself that's not a duplex at minimum. I think that's my biggest complain, I loooove how spacious houses are in the US.

Other than that, Europe might not be as bad.
